I totally understand how you are feeling, as I am a stay at home mum of a six year old girl, 2 and a half yo girl, 19 month old boy, and am 6 months pregnant with my fourth. I also go through the feelings of not wanting to cook, clean or care. I find the best remedy is a good long nap : D . Seriously, it deals with that never-ending mental fatigue, and chews up some boring day. I also try to read to the kids every day, for some bonding and interaction. What particularly struck me though, is that at the end of your blog you said that you might try to heal your depression by helping others. May i say, that is incredibly humbling and awesome, to look outside your pain.

Take care,
and keep writing : D
