Thank god I took home-Ec at school, plus my mum raised my brother and I to be every woman's all-purpose husband, programmed with a range of quick-an-tasty meals, enticing entrés and romantic deserts, kind of like a swiss-army-husband.
Which is handy as my wife is the kind of cook (I swear this is true) who will cook hamburgers with the plastic seperators on them as she believes it is easier to remove them once they go black and hard...

yeah.

Chin up Lazy-H, it can't rain all the time. :)

I've got a toddler in preschool and twin infant girls I get the honor of taking care of daily, and I've found that I've got to stretch my culinary delights. PB and Jelly and bologna sandwiches only go so far.

Thankfully the little dude loves to help me cook and if he usually picks something out of the pantry that he's curious about he makes a pretty good effort at eating it.
